Return Policy

At “JustNotPressed” we work hard every day to ensure your purchase adheres to our strict quality standards. Due to the nature of our business, all sales are final. However, if your order includes incorrect sizes, colors or styles due to our error, we will replace it. We will replace all items that have been unworn and unaltered in any way. Due to this policy please allow the processing time of our quality control team for inspection of any returned items. WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON CLOTHING THAT IS NOT IN IT’S ORIGINAL CONDITION. 


Claims must be made within 14 days of receipt. All returns are subject to pre-approval. Before sending back returnable items, please follow this process: Contact justnotpressedllc@yahoo.com to explain the situation. We will likely instruct you to provide us with a video and/or photos of the merchandise. Once your return request has been approved, we request you send it back using one of the following shipping methods USPS or UPS. Because of our high volume of orders, please allow 10 business days for us to process the return request. If this process is not followed, returned merchandise is subject to refusal and a 25% restocking fee. Customers will be responsible for all costs, including shipping on any returned items received without prior approval from
