Shipping cost are calculated on a "per order" basis and based on the shipping option selected at checkout. Standard ground shipping within the US usually takes 3 to 5 business days, ( may vary between shipping companies). International shipping prices vary by territory. 

Items will not be shipped to P.O. Box under any circumstance.
